Provide advisory service on waste stream flow dynamics in the SF Bay Area; testing of processing costs and comparisons of tipping fees and fee uses at other facilities in the area; performed a trade-off analysis of single stream versus dual stream recycling systems processing costs. Case was settled in favor of the client as plaintiff.
