Our principals have over 25 years experience each in the preparing or responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)

In some situations, we assist jurisdictions with negotiating franchise agreements with existing service providers and at other times we manage some or all aspects of a competitive procurement process for solid waste collection, recycling and processing, and disposal services.

• By working closely with staff and the community, we collaboratively begin by developing the design and scope of work for the services for procurement.
• Importantly,  we can prepare the total proposal package, draft the agreement  contract(s), coordinate public proposal meetings, prepare responses to proposal questions, assist with proposal evaluations, and assist staff in presentations to support the procurement recommendations.
• In addition during the procurement process, we design and present information for public workshops and community gatherings to receive critical input from residents, businesses, and local officials.
