Engagement: Preparation of Response to Proposal (RFP) for Collection, Recycling and Disposal Services
Description of Services: IntelliWaste has been engaged since 1998 to the present by various private companies to develop and prepare response to publicly competitive RFPs for franchise agreements related to collection, recycling, and disposal of solid waste. We performed all development of the document authorship, preparation, and submittal on behalf of our clients. This service allowed our clients to focus their efforts on proposal strategies and cost modeling with the accompanying effort to produce a comprehensively written proposal by IntelliWaste. To date, our clients' proposals have been evaluated by the municipalities as complete and authoritative and consistently ranked first among all competing respondents.
